It is our priority to provide a clean, safe environment for every pet who comes through the doors of Paws on Main regardless of what service they are receiving. In an effort to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety, we require all of the pets who visit Paws on Main to be in compliance with the following policies:

We do not enforce breed restrictions, however we DO NOT tolerate aggressive dogs. If your pet shows aggression to our staff or other pets under our care, we have the right to refuse service to you and your pet in the future.

All pets must be up to date on all the below shots and medications. You must provide proof that your pet has received:

Canine distemper/adenovirus-2 (hepatitis) vaccine

Parvovirus/parainfluenza vaccine

Rabies virus vaccine

Flea prevention

Heart worm prevention

Our team is not responsible for any illness that your pet may contract while in our facility.

We reserve the right to photograph your pet before and after grooming appointments or during their stay in our facility. We may use these photos on our social media accounts or on our marketing materials and website.

Our facility provides cots and food bowls for pets during their stay in our doggie daycare or short and long term boarding. We DO NOT supply food unless you would like us to purchase food for your pet at an additional charge. If your pet has an allergy, it is your responsibility to inform us of that prior to their stay.

We are happy to give medication to your pet as needed during their stay. It is your responsibility to bring the medication to your appointment and inform our staff on the dosage and appropriate distribution of the medication to your pet.
